David continues to look at what the promises say regarding guidance by looking at Proverbs 16:3 that states this: “Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans.” By looking at the word “commit” we see how vital and eager we want our desires to be one with what God desires and plans for us. When we bring our desires to the Lord, we are committing our ways to him. The word “ways” and “establish” have profound meaning when we offer our plans to the Lord. God has an established plan that is settled (Ephesians 2:8-10). We can receive this by faith!
