David continues to expound on the beautiful revelation of what it means to “abide” in Christ. He compares two passages written by John the Beloved in John 15:7 and 1 John 4:12-16. We discover through a deeper reading that the simple act of believing that Jesus is the Son of God invites us into an intimate understanding of His love and will. It is in this realization actualized by His love that we can begin to “ask anything you desire and it shall be done for you.”
